LONG RUN FOR SCHOOL DOLPHIN!

Date: Sun, June 6th 2010

Location: Offshore from Oregon Inlet

We started off tuna fishing and caught one yellowfin about 30 lbs right out of the gate, but then had no more bites for two hours…. a few boats hit them, but overall it was slow so we ran 20 miles beyond the 100 fathom curve to a grass line that was blown all apart, but we fortunately were able to find a bunch of school dolphin for some good light tackle spinning rod action for Dave Wetner and his crew.
