Activity Description:

Multi-level classes that focus on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep core muscles.

The price for this activity is $10.

Ticket purchase or pre-registration not required to participate in this activity.

Program Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday of each week starting Friday January 1st 2010 ending Saturday December 31st 2011.

Program Times:
Monday 5:15 pm, Wednesday 5:15 pm, cost $10 alternating Saturdays @ 8:00 am, cost $5, call 252-305-2652 for schedule.
